Vilém Faltýnek is the editor and wrote the foreword to the volume, other accompanying texts were written by the German Czech studies scholar Heinrich Kunstmann and by Milan Uhde and Věra Ptáčková. The volume was published in cooperation with Větrné mlýny Publishers.
